Privacy and your data
Client portal at portal.logictalk.ai. Last updated September 18, 2026.
This page says, in plain words, what the portal keeps about you, why, where it lives, who can see it, how long it stays, and how to have it removed. It covers only this portal. The website at logictalk.ai has its own privacy page.
What we keep and why
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Your name, business name, and the email address(es) you sign in with | To know who you are and to send you sign-in links |
| Your answers, choices, and notes on each item | To build your project the way you asked |
| Files you upload | Logos, photos, documents, and anything else the project needs |
| API keys you paste for accounts in your name (Cloudflare, Resend, Anthropic, and similar) | To connect your accounts to your project. Stored encrypted. The stored copy is wiped as soon as Franco applies the key, and again if the portal is closed |
| Payment status and, if you type one, a reference such as "bank transfer on the 12th" | To show what is paid and what is due. The portal never sees or stores card or bank numbers. Cards are handled by Stripe and invoices by Novo, on their own pages |
| Sign-in records: the time you signed in, the device type, and the network address a sign-in link was requested from | To keep the account safe and to stop abuse of the sign-in form |
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in on your device for 30 days after you use a sign-in link. Signing out removes it. The portal uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for page counts; it sets no cookie and does not track you across sites.
Where it lives and who handles it
- Cloudflare hosts the portal, its database, and your uploaded files, in the United States.
- Resend delivers sign-in link emails. It receives only your email address and the link.
- Stripe processes card payments on its own page, only if card payment is switched on for your project.
- Novo hosts the invoice page when you pay by bank transfer or card through an invoice.
Nobody else receives your data. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
You, and Franco Celeste at Logic Talk AI, who runs the project. Franco's tools read what lands in the portal (new answers, uploads, keys) so the work can start without you emailing it separately. Each client has their own private page; no client can see another's.
What we send you
The portal itself emails you only sign-in links, and only when you or Franco request one. Every other message about your project comes from Franco personally, by email or text.
How long it stays
While the project is open, everything stays so you can refer back to it. When the project closes, your page is switched off, your sessions end, and any pasted keys still in the portal are wiped at once. The remaining records (answers, files, payment status) are kept for 12 months after closeout so we can answer questions about the work, then deleted.
Your choices
- See or correct anything: it is all on your portal page. Change an answer any time before Franco marks the item done, or leave a note on the item.
- Remove a file: press Remove next to it on the upload item.
- Delete everything: email franco@logictalk.ai from your sign-in address. Your page, answers, files, keys, and sign-in records are deleted within 10 business days, and you get a note confirming it. Invoices and payment records that the law requires us to keep for accounting stay in our books, outside the portal.
